EAS — Simplified Stock Company

SRL — Limited Liability Company
A traditional structure, designed for a limited number of partners seeking a stable, predictable organization. It involves moderate formalities and is a solid option when several partners are involved.
SA — Public Limited Company
Suitable for larger-scale projects, with several shareholders, a need to issue shares, or complex corporate structures. It involves more formalities and higher maintenance costs.
How to choose
The decision comes down to three questions: how many partners are there?, how complex is the structure? and what budget and speed do you need?. For most individual or SME cases, the EAS wins on simplicity and cost. For structures with several partners or larger projects, the SRL or SA may be more appropriate.
